SweetSavours Processing

This is the time it takes for us to receive your order and prepare it to ship. Your order will be processed and shipped from Chandler, AZ 3-4 days of you placing your order.  This is the time it takes to pull your items from inventory, get them packed and to USPS, the post office, for shipping.  You will receive an email that SweetSavours has received your order.  You will also receive email notification when your order is shipped. Make sure your email address is has been given.

 

Payment Options
SweetSavours accepts MasterCard, Visa,  Discover and American Express credit cards. Credit card information entered on the site is safe and is secured with the Square secure credit card processing system. Credit card information will not be stored or saved by SweetSavours or on our site unless you approve it to be.

 

Telephone Orders & Information
There are some people who aren’t comfortable giving their personal information online. This is not a problem for SweetSavours.  We will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Give us a call Monday – Friday from 10am-5pm MST and Saturday from 10am-2pm at (480) 779-0502. You may need to leave your name and number and a SweetSavours Representative will return your call and take your order. 

 

  • We are also available to give you product recommendations, ask us to send you appropriate samples, and any other information to meet your body care needs.

 

Change Submitted Orders
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact us at 480-799-0502 or email us at orders@sweetsavoursbodycare.com within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. This gives us time to catch your order and make any changes needed.  When you contact us, please have your purchase confirmation number available. We will do our best to quickly accommodate your requests. 

 

Shipping Methods and RatesSweetSavours’ shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail. We have found these rates to be the least expensive, most reliable and the quickest way to ship. We are researching methods that may be more cost effective for our customers and for SweetSavours.
 

SweetSavours only ships Monday through Friday. In the warmer months, May through September, orders will ship Monday through Thursday. We would prefer that your products not sit in a hot warehouse for days.

 

Typical Shipping time is 1-3 days including Saturday.

For orders over $75, use code FREESHIP75 at checkout. 

 

Please understand, the USPS shipping system will verify your order’s delivery to you.

Report Order Problems 

If, when you receive your order and it contains a damaged item, is missing a product, includes an item you didn’t order or you have any other concerns, please contact SweetSavours’ within 72 hours of receipt at 480-779-0502 or email us at info@sweetsavoursbodycare.com.

 

Custom Orders

If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for online at SweetSavours, don’t hesitate to let us know.  We can change the fragrance of products. We may also be able to take the time to formulate a product specifically for you. Contact SweetSavours at info@sweetsavoursbodycare.com.  We can discuss your needs and determine the most appropriate "savour making" course of action to take.

 

Coupons & Discount Codes

At this time, SweetSavours can only allow you to use one coupon code per customer, per order.  So, make sure you use the choice that is the best for you.

 

Returns

Because SweetSavours products are natural and personal to the customer, all sales are final. However, we want you to be excited and happy with the Savours you purchase. If, for any reason you aren’t, please call SweetSavours at (480) 779-0502 or email at info@sweetsavoursbodycare.com and tell us what is wrong.  We will discuss possible accommodations, like an exchange. All return requests must be made within 21 days of receipt for Savours’ credit only.

Please understand:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable or credited.

  • The credit for your exchanged items will not be given in cash.

  • If you are exchanging a SweetSavours product you received as a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the GIFT'S RECIPIENT in the form of a SweetSavours’ credit.

Savours’Samples

Your satisfaction is one of SweetSavours’ priorities! Since body care products are intimate and personal, we suggest you try before you buy.  You may request up to 3 FREE SAMPLES via email at info@sweetsavoursbodycare.com or you may request them with you online order. We will get your samples in the mail to you. With your online order, please note your 3 sample choices in the COMMENTS section found during the checkout process.
